[Case Study] Smooth creation of various aggregation materials.

A system has been implemented to streamline operations by providing input support during achievement entry and reducing effort during aggregation.

In the packaging and logistics industry, it was a significant burden to manually aggregate materials used, requiring considerable effort to create invoices and various summary documents. Therefore, a material packaging system was introduced. By standardizing the materials, maintenance improved. The introduction of handheld terminals simplified the work, reduced input errors, and allowed for smoother (time-saving) creation of various summary documents, which also led to improved accuracy. 【Features】 ■ Introduced system: Material packaging system ■ Challenge: The creation of documents requiring one month's worth of actual results was concentrated during the same period, necessitating time and effort. ■ Solution: A system was introduced to support the reduction of work time and improvement of accuracy by standardizing decisions and managing actual information through barcode scanning. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
